At Ditch Witch, we know that safety has never been more important than right now. That’s why we are doing our part to create the safest environment possible. We’ve already taken great strides in protecting both our customers and employees, with increased safety practices. And, from dealership to jobsite, we’ll continue to do all that we can to ensure the safest experience possible.
Dear Ditch Witch Customers,
Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.
Ditch Witch of Georgia is focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, and customers. That is the reason our doors have been locked to the public, but I am happy to announce that we will be opening the doors to our parts departments this week. We would ask that you follow the directions posted, starting with social distancing, not coming in if you feel sick and only sending one employee from your company inside our building at one time. The service area of our facilities will remain closed to foot traffic until further notice.
Even as we deal with this pandemic, our 35-person team at Ditch Witch of Georgia remains focused on your success. While all our businesses are in uncharted territory, Ditch Witch of Georgia has made a few changes to handle the current situation, and our relentless commitment to your success is stronger than ever. Our company was founded on core values — trust, customer success, innovation, and quality — and our values are unwavering and continue to guide everything we do.
We have an amazing team across Georgia and are here for you. This moment reminds us that we are all connected like never before. We are called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and compassion. On behalf of all of us at Ditch Witch of Georgia, we are committed to being your partner and persevering together in all the days and years ahead.
As we go forward, we will be sure to keep you updated, and know that we always value your questions, ideas, and feedback.
